Admission Requirements Tuition and Fees Program Structure

 The Keyano College's Human Resources Management Certificate gives you the knowledge and skills to advance your career in Human Resources Management (HRM). You'll learn how to handle employment issues concerning pay, benefits, recruiting, performance management, and career development.

Applications are accepted for Fall, Winter, and Spring semesters. Please submit your application as soon as possible as many programs fill up quickly.

Admission requirements

High school diploma (or equivalent)

  • A minimum of 60% in English 30-1 or 65% in English 30-2
  • Your resume that includes relevant work experience

Current grade 12 students can submit an application on or after October 1 and we will process the application for admission. Any students with 5% or higher on the program admission requirements and school timetable showing they are registered in appropriate grade 12 courses may be given conditional acceptance into programs.

Mature students (Have been out of school for at least three consecutive years, or are at least 21 years of age by the first day of class)

English Language Proficiency

  • TOEFL: iBT with a minimum score of 79 with no score below 19
  • IELTS with a minimum score of 6.0
  • CAEL with a minimum score of 60
  • MELAB with a minimum score of 80

Please note, these estimates are based on 100% enrollment for all semesters and do not include mandatory laboratory fees. Laboratory fees can range from $29 - $114.

* Students will be charged a medical/dental benefit fee unless they opt out by demonstrating alternative coverage - deadlines can be found at StudentCare website
** These programs have a mandatory Spring semester if students intend to graduate on time.
*** Tuition is due 10 business days before the start of each semester.
