Admission Requirements Tuition and Fees Program Structure

 

The Keyano College's Human Resources Management Certificate program gives you the knowledge and skills to advance your career in Human Resources Management (HRM). You'll learn how to handle employment issues concerning pay, benefits, recruiting, performance management, and career development.

Admission requirements

High school diploma (or equivalent)

  • A minimum of 60% in English 30-1 or 65% in English 30-2
  • Your resume that includes relevant work experience

Current grade 12 students can submit an application on or after October 1 and we will process the application for admission. Any students with 5% or higher on the program admission requirements and school timetable showing they are registered in appropriate grade 12 courses may be given conditional acceptance into programs.

Mature students (Have been out of school for at least three consecutive years, or are at least 21 years of age by the first day of class)

English Language Proficiency

  • TOEFL: iBT with a minimum score of 79 with no score below 19
  • IELTS with a minimum score of 6.0
  • CAEL with a minimum score of 60
  • MELAB with a minimum score of 80
