Payment due dates

Student housing residents must pay their first semester rent upon move in, including the full damage deposit. Second semester rent is due at least 14 days before the start of the semester.

Damage deposits

All residents of Keyano College housing are required to pay a damage deposit upon move-in. Your deposit is refundable in whole or in part, depending on the condition of your room or residence (including common areas) upon move-out.

If you have an outstanding amount owing to Housing , the payment will be taken from your damage deposit.

Unpaid tuition

If you owe tuition fees, you are not allowed to live in student housing. Tuition must be paid in full prior to acceptance or continuation in student housing.
