Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) Certificate
Offered in partnership with Qualia Counselling Services, our innovative CBT certificate training program will give you the skills, confidence and knowledge to bring this therapeutic model to your work, and empower you to help others transform their lives and improve their mood.
Worker Wellness
We care about worker wellness in our community and as such are offering a growing stable of courses focused on this issue. Keyano College offers flexible, on demand training for companies, corporate clients, or groups of any size. Courses and workshops include; Critical Incident Stress Management, Shifting to Wellness, and UNB Pathways to Coping Online. Critical Incident Stress Management |
Critical Incident Stress Management teaches the emotional, physical, cognitive and behavioral symptoms experienced after a critical incident that are normal stress reactions to abnormal events. The core focus of CISM is the relief of distress symptoms for emotionally healthy people who have experienced traumatic events. These sessions help you understand the symptoms and provides the tools needed to get through it and mitigate any long term effects. |
Shifting to Wellness |
Working shiftwork can be challenging and sometimes difficult. Like any other problem we face, it is important to take a solution-focused approach. Healthy lifestyle choices will lessen any of the challenges of shiftwork. The goal of the Shifting to Wellness course is to develop practical strategies and take on a healthy lifestyle to meet the challenges of shiftwork. |
UNB Pathways to Coping Online |
The UNB Pathways to Coping online course is aimed at those who are frustrated, stressed, feeling hopeless or overwhelmed, or concerned about their mental health. You will learn how to develop skills and techniques to better cope with stress, improve your problem solving skills and find internal peace. We encourage anyone seeking new adaptive ways of coping, improving their relationships, and looking to get ahead personally and professionally to enroll. We have partnered with the University of New Brunswick to deliver this program. |
Canada-Alberta Job Grant
