You will learn how to develop skills and techniques to better cope with stress, improve your problem solving skills and find internal peace. We encourage anyone seeking new adaptive ways of coping, improving their relationships, and looking to get ahead personally and professionally to enroll.

We have partnered with the University of New Brunswick to deliver this program.
