You can get a PIN in person from the Library Information Desk or you can generate your PIN online through your Library Account (NEOS).

Online PIN options available:

Please Note: PIN numbers cannot be used for 24-48 hours after they have been changed as the automated library system requires time to update.

To access the library's digital resources while off campus, all Keyano students and employees will be prompted for authentication through the library's new single sign-on (SSO) method, OpenAthens.

Log in using your Keyano email and password and your session will stay active for up to 8 hours (unless you clear your browser cache and cookies). On some publisher websites, you may be asked to authenticate more often due to their specific requirements.

For more information, please see How do I sign in to OpenAthens? or see our OpenAthens LibGuide to learn more about our new authentication process.

If you need help with your Keyano account (email and/or password), please contact Information Technology Services (ITS) or see the Keyano Account webpage.
