Mask Requirements Keyano Box Office Ticket Refunds Parking at Keyano
At Keyano Theatre, we recognize our responsibility to have practical guidelines in place to ensure our performances are safe and enjoyable for everyone. To assist with the safety and well-being of our patrons we follow stringent cleaning and sanitizing processes.
If you feel unwell or show symptoms of COVID-19 please stay at home to take care of yourself. Please contact the Keyano Box Office prior to the show regarding your tickets.
Mask Requirements
Alberta Health Services guidelines NO LONGER require mask-wearing in all indoor public spaces, and workplaces. Masks are no longer required, however, we encourage you to wear them in support of your health. Please respect people's choices.
Keyano Box Office
The Keyano Box Office, located in the theatre lobby, is open during regular weekdays 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m., and one hour prior to any ticketed performance. For any upcoming events, please use our online services featured with each available performance. You can also log into your account with the Patron Login tab at the top of this page to see your order status.

Ticket Refunds
Keyano Theatre & Arts Centre reserves the right to refuse refunds for any theatre ticket purchase. At our discretion, we may refund or exchange tickets for events that take place at Keyano Theatre & Arts Centre under the conditions of: show cancellation, postponement or schedule change.
Events that are not presented by Keyano Theatre may have different conditions for allowable refunds and exchanges.
Parking at Keyano
Parking on campus is all processed through the Honk Mobile app and cost $2.25 per day. Download the app via Apple, Google, or the QR code in our vestibules when you arrive. The parking lot in front of the Theatre is Zone 5800
