  • inside of lease space from door view This space has typically been used as a food provider space, entrance to this space is directly across from the main entrance doors to the SSWC. This space has storefront windows and wall to wall windows adjacent to space entrance.
  • There is also a walk in cooler in the space as well as a sink and hanging chalkboard sign.
  • Heat, water, electricity is included in monthly rent
  • Security systems are covered and maintained by SSWC

Requirements 
  • Business license
  • Permits/certifications related to respective business
  • Insurance/WCB coverage
  • Any modifications to space will need approval from Keyano Facilities
  • Any upgrades to the space such as hood vents would be a cost paid by the renter.
  • Renter would be responsible for the cost of all addition furnishings required to operate. 
  • Renter would be responsible for the cost of acquiring Internet/Wifi
  • Your business services must be conducive to SSWC goals in maintaining an active and healthy environment and enhance our current offerings relating to sport & wellness.
  • The length of lease would be open for discussion but typically we require a 3 to 5 year lease. 
Additional Details 

Your business should operate within the regular hours of the SSWC, however additional conversations can be had surrounding your business hours, especially during the holidays. The SSWC hours of operation are below:

  • Monday-Friday: 5:00 am – 11:00 pm
  • Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm
  • Stat Holidays: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm
  • November 4 – 8:00 am – 2:00 pm (closed for Keyano Gala)
  • December holidays – closed for approximately 10 days.
