Keyano College is excited to announce that the third annual Keyano Huskies Golf Tournament will be held at the Fort McMurray Golf Club on September 7, 2023.
The fun-filled tournament begins with registration at 12:30 p.m., a 1:30 p.m. shotgun start and a banquet dinner and awards presentation at 6:30 p.m.

Keyano College, with its Keyano Huskies Indigenous Jersey Reveal, has earned the institution the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) Innovation Award.

Moiyan Toure is our star basketball player, an all-time leading rebounder in the ACAC (Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference), a record-breaker last year, and Keyano’s top five players in scoring. However, not everyone knows she has come a long way in her journey to success. We are pleased to announce that Huskies Coach Jeremy Wielenga has been awarded the CCAA MBB Coach of the Year.
This is a great honour as Keyano College and Huskies Athletics has only had one other coach in our history awarded this distinction.
In addition, Sean Michael-Clancey has been named one of the CCAA Men’s Basketball All Canadians.  This is also a prestigious recognition as Keyano Huskies have only had 7 other student-athletes awarded this distinction.
