Facilities and Rentals
There are a variety of spaces available for use at the Syncrude Sport and Wellness Centre (SSWC). We have facilities that accommodate tournaments, team sports, birthday parties, meetings or large-scale events.

Running Track (sponsorship opportunity available) |

The Running Track provides four lanes for walking, jogging or running. This indoor track is 180 metres long and provides the perfect four-season fitness space.

Canadian Natural Field |
|
Canadian Natural Field has an indoor turf playing surface for field sports including; soccer, lacrosse, rugby, football, ultimate Frisbee and more. Home to the Fort McMurray Youth Soccer Association, the field is surrounded by regulation boards to ensure safety and enjoyment. There is bleacher seating for 220 spectators. The field can also be divided into two smaller playing surfaces. Rental rates are as follows (per hour):

Fieldhouse #3 (sponsorship opportunity available) |
|
Fieldhouse 3 provides endless opportunities for recreation and sporting activities. With over 14,000 square feet of synthetic floor surface, the field accommodates volleyball, badminton, floor hockey, dodge ball, dry-land training, birthday parties and special events. The field can be divided into three smaller playing surfaces for tournaments, league play and/or individual training sessions. There is bleacher seating for 220 spectators. In the past this venue has hosted the Keyano College Gala, SMS Wine Auction, Fort McMurray Women's Show and much more. Rental rates are as follows (per hour):

Canadian Natural Gymnasium |
|
With over 15,000 square feet of maple hardwood playing surface, the Canadian Natural Gymnasium is Fort McMurray's destination for basketball and volleyball competition. The gym has three full-sized individual courts and one main centre court to accommodate league or tournament play. There is seating for over 750 spectators. Rental rates are as follows (per hour):

This state-of-the-art fitness centre has cardiovascular equipment with personal entertainment centres, as well as strength training equipment. Fitness Studio (sponsorship opportunity available) |

This spacious hardwood studio offers plenty of natural light, with 1,700 square feet for fitness activities including boot camp, circuit training, yoga and more. High Performance Studio (sponsorship opportunity available) |

This high performance training space is open to members when not being used to train Fort McMurray's elite athletes. The rental rate for this studio is $62 per hour. Photo Gallery: SSWC 7 will appear here on the public site.

Classrooms and meeting rooms |
Second Floor ClassroomThis classroom offers plenty of natural light, and is equipped with a computer, projector, multiple whiteboards, internet, a phone, fridge, and a sink. It can also be divided into two smaller meeting spaces to suit your needs. Capacity 50 people. The rental rate for this classroom is $73 per hour for the full classroom, and $56 for partial facility rental. For the full room for the entire day the rate is $730. SSWC LobbyThe SSWC Lobby is available for event rentals. The rental rate for this space is $35 per hour. Photo Gallery: SSWC 9 will appear here on the public site.

Policies and FAQ's
| Can we come in early to set-up for the birthday party? |
| Yes, you can come in 30 minutes early before the party starts for set-up time and you have 30 minutes after the party for clean-up. Feel free to ask for a trolley to wheel in your food and party supplies. |
| Is there paid parking? |
| Yes, there is paid parking as we are located on Keyano College's campus. You can scan the Honk App's QR code on the sign when you enter our facility to pay for your parking without downloading the app. |
| Can we bring in our own bouncy castle? |
| Unfortunately, we do not allow personal or outside bouncy castle rentals in the facility. |
| Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement |
| The Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement form is required to be completed by the parents of the children that will be playing in our bouncy castles. You can fill out a waiver form when you come in for the birthday party you are attending or fill it out prior by clicking here. |
| What is the cancellation policy? |
| Our birthday party bookings are fully non-refundable within 7 days of the event. If shorter notice is given, the renter is responsible for 100% of the contract fee. |
