COVID-19 Update
The Banff Centre Mountain Film Festival World Tour is proceeding as scheduled.
To ensure the health and safety of our guests and staff, masks are mandatory at all times and we ask our patrons to please maintain appropriate physical distancing.
Effective September 20th Keyano College will be adopting the Government of Alberta’s Vaccination Exemption Program requiring all people on campus to be vaccinated as per the Provincial Regulations and Guidelines.
The current seating arrangement has a minimum of one empty seat between groups. If you wish to relocate to different seats, please contact the Keyano Box Office in advance or see one of our theatre ushers.
If you feel unwell please stay at home to take care of yourself and call the Keyano Box Office prior to the show regarding your tickets.
Keyano Box Office Hours
The Keyano Box Office, located in the theatre lobby, is open during regular weekdays 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and one hour prior to any ticketed performance. For any upcoming events, please use our online services featured with each available performance. You can also log into your account with the Parton Login tab at the top of this page to see your order status.
Check back often for updates and opportunities. We take the safety and health of our staff, artists, patrons, and community very seriously. We urge everyone to follow the guidelines put forth by public health officials.
