Work Integrated Learning is pleased to provide a variety of supports and services for current students, alumni, faculty, and employers. Through our online employment board, on campus employer events, and employment supports for students, we aim to help student make a successful transition to the workplace and to connect employers with top Keyano College talent. 

Services for Students

We want you to be successful in your career. Keyano College helps current students and alumni connect with employers, assist you in resume and cover letter development, prepare you for interviews, and provide a wide range of career resources.

Career Assessment

Work Integrated Learning administers the Strong Interest Inventory® to help identify your skills, values, and career interests. This career exploration tool highlights education and career paths that match your interests, supporting informed decisions and fulfilling outcomes.

Resume & Cover Letter Support

Career Services helps students and alumni in polishing up their resumes so they can stand out to employers! Take advantage of resume and cover letter supports by attending Employment Skills workshops or by emailing your resume and cover letter to request a critique.  

Interview Preparation & Mock Interviews

We offer support to help you prepare for interviews and sharpen your skills. Email us for resources or book a Career Guidance appointment, then schedule a Mock Interview to practice and receive feedback.

Need help finding a job that fits who you are? With Occupations – OCC Info you’ll find more than 550 occupations to choose from. Learn what subjects you’ll need to take and whether your personality suits the job. Discover how much you can earn and what your duties will be.

Apply for Jobs

With a quick few steps students can search and apply for jobs on GradLeaders. The platform allows you to filter opportunities by industry, location, or job type, making it easy to find roles that match your skills and interests. You can also save your favorite postings, track your applications, and receive notifications about new opportunities.

Faculty members are valued partners in the personal and professional development of our students. Together, we can support our students to be successful in their learning as well as in their transition to the workplace. Request a Workshop

Faculty play a key role in supporting students’ personal and professional development. Work Integrated Learning can partner with you to deliver workshops that help students explore careers and prepare for the workplace.

Refer Students

Please encourage students to email WIL@keyano.ca for any career related supports. We have a variety of workshops, resources, assessments, and supports available to aid students in career exploration and development. 

Refer Employers

Please refer any employers to Work Integrated Learning so we can get them registered for any upcoming on campus fairs and events, to access our job board, and to easily connect with students and alumni.
