Keyano College’s Professional Development Program focuses on the essential soft skills needed to succeed in today’s fast-paced, team-driven work environments. Currently designed for corporate groups, this non-credit training helps professionals at any career stage grow in confidence, communication, leadership, and workplace presence.

Courses are available by request for corporate groups of 10 or more and can be tailored to meet the specific needs of your team or organization.

Program Details

  • Credential: Certificate of Participation (non-credit)
  • Delivery: In-person, online, or hybrid (based on client request)
  • Length: 3-day program
  • Location: Flexible – can be delivered on-site or virtually
  • Format: Available only through Corporate Training (minimum 10 participants)

A minimum of 80% attendance is required to pass all Computer Training courses.

Courses

  • Business Manners and Etiquette (CEPLS100): Develop professionalism and respectful behaviour for business settings. Learn how etiquette impacts team dynamics and business success.
    7 hours

  • Customer Service Essentials (CEPLS200): Strengthen your service mindset and build trust with clients and customers. Focus on professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and problem-solving.
    7 hours

  • Time Management & Decision Making (CEPLS300): Prioritize effectively, overcome procrastination, and make clear, confident decisions under pressure.
    7 hours
