Program Details

  • Credential: Certificate of Completion (non-credit)
  • Delivery: Self-paced, fully online via iLearn.keyano.ca
  • Length: Each course is approx. 14 hours
  • Modules: 7 required + 1 capstone + 1 optional elective
  • Format: Open enrollment (courses can be taken individually or as a full program)
  • Location: Online only
  • Textbook: Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Handbook, Doc Palmer (4th ed.) – available at the Keyano Bookstore
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • No formal application or admission process
  • For MMP PLAR equivalency (Modules 2, 3, 4, 6), complete the PEMAC PLAR form and submit an Advanced Credit Form

Courses are designed to be taken in sequence, but may be registered individually. To complete the certificate, learners must finish CEAPM100–700.

  • CEAPM300 – Asset Scheduling: Develop and manage schedules that reduce backlog and optimize resources.

  • CEAPM400 – Execution, Coordination and Closure: Focus on troubleshooting, feedback loops, and continuous improvement.
    14 hours | $549

  • CEAPM500 – Supply Chain: Explore inventory control, procurement, and material availability strategies.
    14 hours | $549

  • CEAPM600 – Turnaround Planning: Apply project tools to plan and manage outages and shutdowns.
    Recommended: complete CEAPM200 & CEAPM300 first.

  • CEAPM700 – Asset Project (Capstone) : Design and deliver a real-world maintenance project.
    Prerequisite: CEAPM100–600
