- Medical Terminology (CEMOA100): Learn to understand and use medical terminology by exploring word structure (prefixes, suffixes, and roots) and applying it to describe the human body, its systems, and related health conditions.
60 hours | $775.00 - Office Procedures (CEMOA200): Learn essential office procedures and administrative skills, including meeting minutes, event coordination, travel booking, and filing, to support daily business operations efficiently and professionally.
21 hours | $495.00 - Customer Service (CEMOA300): Explore the fundamentals of customer service, including ethical practices, cultural awareness, and strategies for delivering excellent service in a global business environment.
14 hours | $429.00 - Time Management and Decision Making (CEMOA400): Develop productivity skills by learning how to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and make clear, unbiased decisions using structured thinking.
7 hours | $329.00 - Basic Life Support (BLS) (CEMOA500): Learn to respond to life-threatening emergencies, including CPR, AED use, and choking relief, through a combination of online learning and in-person skills testing.
2 hours | $115.00 - Microsoft 365 Word (CEMOA600): Build essential Word skills, including creating, formatting, saving, and sharing documents, while becoming familiar with key tools and the interface.
14 hours | $429.00 - Canadian Healthcare System (CEMOA700): Gain an overview of Canada’s healthcare system, including its structure, key stakeholders, patient care practices, and the importance of communication, ethics, and cultural competence.

Admission Requirements
Students must be 18 years of age or older to enroll in Keyano College Continuing Education courses.
There is no admission requirement/application process to start a non-credit certificate program.
