Keyano College’s Bridge to Canadian Nursing Program is designed for former or non-practising Canadian RNs seeking to re-enter the workforce or enhance their clinical knowledge. This flexible, comprehensive program helps you update essential nursing skills, meet regulatory standards, and successfully transition back into today’s Canadian healthcare environment.
You can enroll in the full program or select only the courses that match your professional needs (subject to eligibility and course availability). Delivered through a combination of academic coursework, lab simulations, and supervised clinical practice, this program prepares you for safe, competent, and culturally informed practice.

Admission Requirements
To be considered, applicants must:
Hold current or past Canadian RN registration
Participate in a pre-entry interview (if selected)
Meet clinical and digital literacy prerequisites
Program Structure
Individual courses may be taken as a refresher of skills, or complete the entire program to earn your Bridge to Canadian Nursing Certificate of Completion (Non-Credit).
To successfully complete the program, students must:
- Achieve at least a C+ in all theory courses
- Pass all lab and clinical components
- Score 80% or higher in CEIERN 109: NGNCLEX Prep

- Clinical courses (CEIERN 103, 108, 110) require Program Chair approval for registration
- CNRA requires completion of the program to write the NGCLEX Exam
