Recovery on Campus (ROC)

Recovery takes courage — and you’re not alone. Recovery on Campus (ROC) is a supportive, stigma-free community for students, staff, and faculty navigating substance use, recovery, or behavioural change. Whether you’re just beginning your journey or looking for ongoing support, you have a place here.

We believe in meeting students where they’re at, offering multiple pathways to healing and wellness through:

  • Confidential peer support groups that foster connection and understanding
  • One-on-one support from trained team members who truly care
  • Workshops and resources tailored to support healthier coping strategies and self-reflection
  • Drop-in opportunities to check in, connect, and build your community

ROC is grounded in the belief that recovery is possible — and it looks different for everyone. Whether you're working through substance use, coping with compulsive behaviours, or simply exploring healthier ways to live, ROC is a safe space to be seen and supported.

Recovery belongs here. So do you.

Concerned about a friend or classmate? You can refer a student for a Wellness Check — a compassionate outreach email from our mental health team. It’s a small step that can make a big difference.

  • For students who may be withdrawn, struggling, or at risk
  • Referrals reviewed within 1 business day
