The Management and Supervision Certificate Program at Keyano College, offered in partnership with MacEwan University, helps current and aspiring leaders build essential skills for managing people, resolving challenges, and fostering strong team dynamics. Whether you’re new to leadership or looking to enhance your supervisory skills, this non-credit certificate offers practical, real-world training for today’s evolving workplaces.

This program also contributes 56 approved hours toward the Blue Seal Achievement in Business Competencies through Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training.

Available exclusively through Corporate Training for groups of 10 or more.
