Membership Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made before the 1st of the month.

Requests after the 1st are processed the following month.

No refunds for continuous memberships.

Memberships under 4 months (1 week, 1 month, 4 months) are non-refundable.

All full-time Keyano College students receive free membership to the SSWC throughout the academic year.
Students will need to bring:
- Piece of government ID
- Student ID
- Proof of paid tuition fees (show self-service account on phone or bring in receipt)
Wood Buffalo Recreation Support Program
The WBRSP is designed to reduce the barriers impacting residents by offering eligible residents affordable access to recreation.
Approved applicants will receive 60% off their chosen annual membership or monthly facility pass.
This program is offered at all RRCWB facilities and the SSWC.
Eligibility
For acceptance into the Wood Buffalo Recreation Support Program an applicant must:
- Be a resident of the RMWB
- Be eighteen years of age or older
- Have an annual combined family income not greater than 30% higher than the statistics Canada before-tax Low Income Cut-off (LICO) table for their family size.
How to Apply
- Complete the application form online or in person at Guest Services.
- Applications are reviewed within 2 business days, and applicants are notified by phone and email.
- Approved participants have 90 days to activate their membership before approval expires.
