Application Requirements
When you apply, submit:
- Completed application form and application fee
- International education credentials, certificates, and final exam results
- Copy of diploma or degree (if applicable)
- English Language Proficiency test results
- Any program-specific required documents
You may also be asked to complete an International Qualifications Assessment Service (IQAS) review.

Tip: Start early — the process may take at least six months.

Study Permit
If you are not a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, you must have a valid Study Permit before arriving in Canada. Learn more from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
Study Permit Submission Deadlines
Submit proof via your MyKeys portal by the deadline:

Important:
- Missing the deadline will result in revoked acceptance and removal from registered courses.
- Reinstatement depends on proof of study permit and program capacity.
Tuition Maximum Letters
A Tuition Maximum Letter estimates the maximum tuition cost based on the standard course load for your program.
It does not reflect your exact amount due and excludes:
Student Association fees
Non-instructional fees
Textbooks and supplies
Health and dental insurance
Living expenses
You will receive this letter with your admission documents.

Co-op Work Permit (If Required)
Some programs include mandatory practicums or co-op placements. If your program requires this, you must apply for a Co-op Work Permit via IRCC before your placement begins.
You will receive a letter from Keyano confirming the need for a work/community placement with your
Letter of Acceptance.
