Essential Student Information
Welcome Huskies! We want you to have the best experience possible at Keyano College. As a new student, we want to help you be as prepared as possible for your coming studies, so please review the items below.
Please read through and complete each step carefully to ensure your transition to Keyano College goes as smoothly as possible.
Remember to ask for help when you need it, we are here for you!
Get ready! Get set! Go!
Step 1: Accept Your Offer of Admission
Conditionally and fully offered students must accept their offer on your MyKeys admission portal and pay the admission deposit. The deposit is required to reserve your seat and will be applied toward your first term tuition. If we do not receive your deposit by the deadline, your offer will be rescinded.
Once your admission deposit is received you will be sent an acceptance email.
If you change your mind after accepting, decline your seat through the MyKeys portal or email admissions@keyano.ca.
If you withdraw from the College, complete a Withdrawal Form or drop all courses in Self Service before the add/drop deadline. See the Academic Schedule for dates.
International applicants: as of March 2024, deferrals are no longer offered. Admission deposit for 2025–2026 and onward is $5,000. If your Study Permit is denied, a refund (minus $300 admin fee) will be issued if you:
- Submit the denial letter before the Tuition Due date.
- Ensure the letter is dated before the Tuition Due date.
See the Academic Schedule for dates.

Step 2B: Submit Your Study Permit
