What is Project Management?
Project management is the practice of leading and organizing resources, tasks, and teams to achieve specific goals within defined timelines and budgets. It involves planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects while managing scope, quality, risk, and stakeholder expectations. Effective project management ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired standards, making it a critical skill in virtually every industry today.
What is PMP Prep?
PMP Prep refers to the training and study designed to help individuals prepare for the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification exam, offered by the Project Management Institute (PMI®). This globally recognized certification validates a professional’s knowledge, skills, and experience in leading projects.
