PALS Training

The PALS (Physical Activity Leaders) program is a positive way to increase physical activity levels and it provides an opportunity to enhance leaderships skills in older students. The program offers fun and easy activities for students who are less likely to be active during recess and non-instructional times. PALS training is a great way to kick off the program and get your students excited about starting the program in their own school!
