Keyano College among approved DLIs now able to reopen to international students

Keyano College has been given approval from the Alberta Government stating that it is equipped and ready to reopen to international students safely in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Government of Alberta and the Federal Government included Keyano College on their list of Designated Learning Institutions (DLI) deemed equipped and ready with a COVID-19 pandemic response plan that was later submitted to the Public Health Agency of Canada.

Director of Student Services Sandra Efu said, “I can’t thank our Keyano team enough for the hard work put in behind the scenes to obtain this approval. It would take me days to explain the amount of effort our group put in to receive this approval from the Government of Alberta. This allows Keyano College to be one of the DLIs able to continue to serve our international students, a huge part of what makes Keyano great”.

Keyano College serves over one-hundred international students from twenty-six countries.
