Bouchier named as presenting sponsor for the return of the Keyano Gala

Posted On Tuesday September 20, 2022

Keyano Gala is back and the long-awaited event will be held on November 5, 2022.  The annual Keyano College Gala has been the premier black-tie event in Fort McMurray since its inception in 1981.  This year’s event features Canadian Indigenous Artist, Celeigh Cardinal and legendary rockers Loverboy.

Keyano is especially excited this year to announce Bouchier as the presenting sponsor of this important event.  Our presenting sponsor started from humble beginnings and is proud to be an advocate and active member of numerous organizations that support industry best practices and Indigenous business. Bouchier has a strong belief in supporting local, always being a good neighbour, and investing time to know industry partners and their clients.

“We are honoured to support the returning Keyano Gala.  Education is key to the future sustainability of our community, especially post-pandemic as our local workforce is needed to keep our community and region vibrant.  Keyano, thank you for the work you do- you are our community’s pathway to advancement, and we are so grateful for that”. Nicole Bourque-Bouchier, CEO & Co-Owner Bouchier.

Chantal Beaver, Director of Continuing Education and Advancement added, “Keyano College has had a long-standing relationship with the Bouchier and we could not be more pleased to have them as our presenting sponsor.  We see this as an opportunity to further develop the relationship, grow partnerships, and engage with industry and the Indigenous communities we serve.

Keyano Gala 2022 will be a throwback to our classic black-and-white affair.  Classy and glamorous will be the look and feel and the College is so excited to be having this much-needed event after two years of cancellations.

Tickets for this year’s Keyano College Gala are on sale at keyano.ca/gala or in person at the Keyano Theatre Box Office.

Funds raised at the Keyano Gala will be directed towards student support at the College.
