Keyano College announces new President and CEO

Keyano College is pleased to announce Jatinder (Jay) Notay as Keyano College’s President and Chief Executive Officer. The move will take effect October 4, 2021.

Mr. Notay comes to Keyano College from his current position as President and CEO at North West College in Battleford, Saskatchewan. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia, a Master of Education degree from Nipissing University, and he is currently a Doctor of Education candidate in Education Administration with the University of Western Ontario. 

Keyano College’s Board Chair, Shelley Powell, said, “We are pleased to announce that Mr. Jatinder (Jay) Notay has accepted the position of President & CEO. Mr. Notay brings over 25 years of post-secondary experience to the position, roles including college president, vice-president academic, and dean, for urban and rural post-secondary institutions in Saskatchewan, Ontario, and British Columbia.

“We believe that Jay will see Keyano College through these challenging economic times and provide the direction and leadership to make the College even more successful. We look forward to welcoming Mr. Notay to the College in October. ”

Jay has significant experience leading and assisting in the development and implementation of institute- wide strategies, including corporate strategy, educational strategies, and government relations, all of which will benefit the students, employees, and the wider College-community.
