Are you aiming for the ultimate fitness level? If so, this Boot Camp is the answer for you! Come and challenge yourself in this high intensity workout and you will increase your cardio and muscle endurance capacity.
This workout will challenge your aerobic and anaerobic energetics, speed, quickness, agility, muscle reactivity and full body explosive power. This program will include interval training throughout the class using a variety of equipment at times to help condition your body combined with moves to strengthen your core abdominal and back muscles while balancing overall strength and flexibility.
Classes will vary from week to week. Instructors will offer classes from Kick Boxing, Boot Camp, Pilates, and Spin. Start your weekend off with a bang, have some fun and get fit.
Armed with Wave Masters and Pads, you’ll be taken on a series of intense punching drills guaranteed to tone up those arms and shoulders. But, if you think it’s all upper body—think again. Our instructor will target those legs and abs throughout this training session that will burn 1000 calories a session to ensure an over-all work-out that’s second to none! Participants do not need to purchase their own equipment; we have lots to go around.
Case of the Mondays? No problem! This high energy class will get your week started off right. Combining high intensity intervals, plyometrics, conditioning and core this class is sure to leave you feeling ready to take on the rest of the week.
Join us for a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility, strength and improve balance. Pilates focuses on a series of exercises and postures that integrate mind-body awareness to lead to a stronger more meaningful workout. With a blend of Pilate’s mat exercises and current core training practices this class enhances core strength and creates an awareness of movement. This class is for all levels and focuses on the feeling of an exercise rather than how it looks.
Best of both worlds! A high intensity workout on your bike and toning on the mat in just ONE class! Spinning classes provide an intense cardio workout while still catering to participants of all fitness levels. The best part is that you control your own resistance and speed allowing you to continuously progress forward from your current fitness level. Spin away some serious calories, with some upper body core movements, followed by strength based core and Pilates infused mat exercises.
Straight Up Spin
Whether you’re a serious cyclist or just love the calorie burn of Spinning, this is the class for you! This high energy class will challenge your strength and endurance with various interval , cadence, and resistance drills, plus stretching and core work. Come on in, reap the benefits and let this class take you to a new level of fitness!
This Spinning class is a great way to get in an effective workout, great for all ability levels you will burn calories and keep your muscles in shape. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Instructor guides participants through workout phases: warm-up, steady up tempo cadences, sprints, endurance drills, or climbs, and cool-down.Varied routines keep things fresh. All you'll need is light workout clothes, a towel and a water bottle. You don't have to wear your helmet!

Step It Up!
Link the past step class favorite routines, with more modern music. This class uses athletic movements, participants routines are set to music, creating a fun and effective way to cardio train and strengthen the lower body all within a group environment.
Calling all moms! You're in a unique physical, social and emotional time of your life. You need a workout that respects that. The stroller Sculpt program is designed specifically for the needs of moms with stroller age children. It can take you from quickly shredding the postpartum weight left from your infant to having a body that can easily keep up with the wildest 3 year-old. You will be able to discuss with other moms how their experiences are going...and did we mention you'll look great doing it?
