Drop in for each class is $9.50 for members and $14 for non-members. (prices will be subject to gst)


 

 


 

Bootcamp

Whether you're getting back into your fitness routine or looking to help keep yourself motivated, this class is just what you need.  Using a mix of circuits, cardio, resistance, and core work this full body class is sure to keep you energized for whatever comes your way!

Cardio & Core 

This workout will challenge your aerobic and anaerobic energetics, speed, quickness, agility, muscle reactivity and full body explosive power. This program will include interval training throughout the class using a variety of equipment at times to help condition your body combined with moves to strengthen your core abdominal and back muscles while balancing overall strength and flexibility.

Cardio Kickboxing

Open to all levels and abilities! Class will include punching and kicking drills as well as strength and endurance circuits to ensure you get a full body workout. You will leave class feeling unstoppable!! Gloves can be provided while bringing your own hand wraps is recommended.

Cycle Strength

This 40 min spin class is a great way to get in an effective workout, and is great for all ability levels.  The instructor guides participants through a warm up, workout phase which includes some weights to tone those arms, ending with a cool down and stretch.  Drills consist of steady states, up tempo cadences, sprints, endurance drills, and climbs,  You control the resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Varied routines keep things fresh.  All you'll need is light workout clothes, a towel and a water bottle.

Flow Restorative Yoga


The class starts with a warm up to upbeat music, sun salutations & weights. Then enjoy an uplifting stretch to improve your flexibility and detoxify the body with standing and seated yoga poses. The last part of the class includes a full relaxation to calm the mind. You'll leave this class balanced & refreshed, ready for the weekend.

Spin

Best of both worlds!  A high intensity workout on your bike. Spinning classes provide an intense cardio workout while still catering to participants of all fitness levels.  The best part is that you control your own resistance and speed allowing you to continuously progress from your current fitness level.  Spin away some serious calories, while strengthening your muscles at the same time using strength based core infused exercises.

Step It Up

Link the past step class favorite routines, with more modern music. This class uses athletic movements participants routines are set to music, creating a fun and effective way to cardio train and strengthen the lower body all within a group environment. 

This beginner-intermediate cardio based class incorporates fun 'On & Off The Step' routines.

Teen Weight Trainer

This program introduces youth (teens), ages 13-15 to the foundations of weight training including machines, free weights and weight room etiquette.  Graduates gain confidence, understanding of weight lifting and is a prerequisite to use the Long Boat Landing Fitness Centre. Teens working out in the fitness centre must keep his/her TWT ID card on hand at all times.

ViPR Fitness

ViPR trianing is what you need this season! This new training tool combines movement and strength for a full body conditioning work out.  This high intensity class is perfect for taking your training to the next level. ViPR training will improve your agility,  balance, and dynamic strength for maximal fitness goals. ViPR is for all fitness levels and can be a part of your regular fitness routine.

Zumba

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training - alternating fast and slow rhythms - and resistance training.You truly need to try this out - it doesn't even feel like a workout and is guaranteed to be fun!
