Upcoming Wellness Workshops:  

Starting Wednesday, January 17th we will begin an 8 week mindfulness program. 

The sessions will be on Wednesdays from 12 p.m. - 1 p.m. in the Mindfulness room, back of room CC260.

 

January 30th we will be presenting two workshops.

                Test Anxiety from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. in room S212

                Self-care from 12 p.m. - 1 p.m. in room S212
