Keyano College is offering a new online course to help people cope better with stressful situations, so they can make better choices. Pathway to Coping is offered through an ongoing partnership with the University of New Brunswick.
Coping skills include problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal skills, flexibility, impulse control, empathy, relationship skills, optimism, and positive thinking. Developing these skills takes self-determination and the course includes a series of motivation readiness self-discovery activities in each module.
Course topics include: self-confidence, energy, flexibility, positive thinking, leadership from within, and resiliency.
