Strategic Investment in Student Awards for 2023-24

Keyano College is proud to announce the distribution of over $750,000 in student awards for the 2023-2024 academic year. Among these awards were 32 Excellence Awards, which granted local high-school graduates approximately $150,000 in free tuition for their first year of study at the College.

“The Keyano College student award program provides crucial financial support and serves as a testament to academic excellence. It presents a significant opportunity for current and prospective students to pursue their educational goals confidently,” said Dr. Jay Notay, President and CEO of Keyano College. In a milestone achievement, the college's student award endowment portfolio has exceeded $8 million this year, further solidifying its commitment to student success and financial accessibility.

The student awards program is made possible through the generous contributions of over 100 individual and corporate donors. Their support is crucial in helping students overcome financial barriers to education.
