Student Housing

All Students applying for residence are required to complete an application form. The student must also attach a copy of their Assessment Sheet showing that they have paid the registration fees for their course. The student must provide a landlord reference if applying for family housing.

Accommodation is assigned from a priority wait list. Students are advised to apply well in advance of their program start date. A full month's rent together with a damage deposit is required prior to moving in.

Single Housing

Clearwater Hall is an on-campus facility (Clearwater campus) for individual accommodation. This residence is joined to the Clearwater Campus by an enclosed walkway, providing direct access to the library and the King's Lounge.

Each furnished suite contains six private single bedrooms, a kitchen (with microwave), living room and three bathrooms. Accommodation is assigned on a first come, first served basis. You have your own private locking bedroom and share the kitchen/living room area as well as three washrooms with your roommates. Computer lounge is located on the main floor. Each unit has a cable TV outlet in the common area. Residents are required to bring their own blankets, towels, dishes etc.

Students should apply well in advance of their course start date.

* As of May 1, 2009, students must pay by semester (Sept-Dec) and (Jan-April).

* For the months May-August non-student rate is $750.00/month

Family Housing

Riedel Place

Riedel Place, located near the Clearwater Campus at 8820 Franklin Avenue, is a student family residence complex. It consists of one and three bedroom apartments as well as two, three and four bedroom townhouses.

Damage deposit is the same rate as the monthly rental, depending on number of rooms in townhouse or apartment.

Penhorwood Place

Penhorwood Place is the newest Keyano College Family Residence Complex and is situated at 9914 Penhorwood Street, approximately half a kilometre from the Clearwater Campus. It is within walking distance of schools, shopping centres, restaurants and other amenities.

Penhorwood Place has a total of 24 units and is comprised of 2 and 3 bedroom townhouses, with and without garages. Units without garages have basements. All units are unfurnished; however, each unit comes with a washer, dryer, fridge and stove.

Damage deposit is the same rate as the monthly rental, depending on number of rooms in townhouse or apartment.
