Room Transfers and Exchanges
Any resident wishing to transfer or change rooms must first complete a Room Change/Transfer form. Transfers or changes, unless requested by the Housing Office, will come with a $150.00 administration fee per person, plus cost for cleaning.
N.B. For a room change, both residents must have agreed to change rooms and have each complete a transfer form.
Students staying in residence over the summer months should be aware that the major refurbishing of all units is done. All residents will be required to move at least once. Residents must provide proof of registration for September at the end of the spring semester in order to stay in residence.
