Once you have completed all your program requirements you must APPLY TO GRADUATE.

Applications for Graduation are accepted on an ongoing basis and are reviewed after the 10th of each month.

If you are eligible to graduate your parchment (certificate, diploma or professional certificate) will be printed by the end of that month. Once the credential is awarded the parchment will be mailed to the address provided on the Application for Graduation form.

*Your name, as it is recorded on the student academic record, will be displayed on the parchment. It is college policy that the student's name must be the same on the graduation parchment, the Convocation Program, and the student's academic record. Therefore, if you have recently changed your name, or would like to make changes to what we have recorded in your student file, and you want your parchment to reflect your new name, you must officially notify the Office of the Registrar by completing and submitting the Student Change of Information Form.

To be invited to attend the 52nd Annual Convocation on May 12th, students must Apply to Graduate by March 2, 2018.

*Students who have already graduated in the 2017-2018 academic year will be invited to attend Convocation 2018.
