Honourable Marlin Schmidt, Minister of Advanced Education is seeking applications from individuals interested in serving as a Public Member of the Board of Governors of Keyano College.  Appointment is for a term of up to three years, and members may be eligible for re-appointment at the end of their first term.

Who Pays?

Custodial Services does not typically charge for its services. Special cleaning services required may be charged to departments through the appropriate budget code on a case-by-case basis.

Interior Design Services

An interior designer is consulted for furnishing new facilities, remodeling projects, and refurnishing the campus facilities.

Maintenance Services

The Maintenance Office provides repair and maintenance services to all College buildings and utility distribution to the campus, and manages all contract maintenance and utility improvement activities.

How We Decide What To Do First:

The following priorities assure that needs are addressed in an order that will serve the best interests of the College, its faculty, staff, and students:

Health & Safety Urgent needs to protect personal well-being and property.Breakdowns Utility or equipment failures, and facilities damage.Planned Maintenance Scheduled repairs and replacements.Routine Maintenance Repairing minor defects.Projects Planned activities to replace or improve existing facilities and equipment.

Who pays?

The Maintenance Office typically does not charge departments or individuals for building maintenance and utility services. From time to time a department may be funded for a special project and that case Facilities may use that budget code to facilitate the project.
